2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Precision Pool Restoration Summer 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on June 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on July 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's servers are the official timekeepers for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;

(collectively, the “PPR service area”) and

• Have a valid Facebook account in good standing at time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Precision Pool Restoration, Veridian Service Partners, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of any such person are NOT eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4.  HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit the official Precision Pool Restoration Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61576508814315 and complete the entry form by providing:

• First and last name

• Valid phone number

• Valid email address

• Home zip code (must be within the PPR service area)

• Approximate age of your pool

• Top pool concern (optional)

Limit one (1) entry per residence, per email address, per phone number, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries must be submitted by the entrant; no third-party entries permitted.

No purchase, payment, or financial commitment is required to enter. Completing the entry form does not guarantee selection as a winner.

5.  PRIZE

Grand Prize (1 winner)

50% Savings on pool restoration services. Up to $10,000 credit toward a Precision Pool Restoration pool renovation project, applied at time of service. Credit is subject to the terms and conditions of the signed service agreement.

Up to $10,000

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize credit is valid only toward a Precision Pool Restoration project within the PPR service area and must be redeemed within six (6) months of winner notification. The credit may not be applied to taxes, permits, or third-party fees. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.  WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about August 8, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing using the contact information provided at time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond within five (5) business days after notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Receipt of the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of receipt. If the required documents are not returned within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited.

7.  CONSENT TO CONTACT & COMMUNICATIONS

Consent to be contacted regarding the Sweepstakes:

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant expressly consents and agrees that Precision Pool Restoration and its representatives may contact the entrant by phone (including calls and/or texts to the number provided) and/or by email regarding the Sweepstakes entry and the award of any Sweepstakes prizes.

Opt-In Consent to be contacted for marketing purposes:

When submitting an entry, the entrant may elect to opt-in to receive marketing messages from Precision Pool Restoration via phone (including calls and/or texts to the number provided) and/or by email to the email address provided.

This consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of entry. Further, if an entrant opts-in to receive marketing messages, the entrant may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

• Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages received.

In accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act, Sponsor will not sell or rent entrant contact information to third parties for the third party’s own marketing use.

8.  PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's permission and their grant of a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and/or location for Sponsor’s advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

9.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding; (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies from any and all liability or damages arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and (c) acknowledge that Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) has no responsibility for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in the operation of the Sweepstakes.

10.  PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Precision Pool Restoration's Privacy Policy, available at www.precisionpoolrestoration.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will use entrant information for administration of this Sweepstakes and, with entrant's affirmative consent (per Section 7 above), to send information about PPR services.

11.  DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by courts located in the State of Texas; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
