Thoughtful Pool Remodeling to Suit Your Lifestyle

Pool remodeling should make life easier, not add uncertainty, stress, or unanswered questions. If your pool has started to feel more like a frustration than a retreat, whether due to an unsafe layout, dated features, or aging equipment, a remodel can enhance your family’s outdoor living experience.

At Precision Pool Restoration, we help homeowners make smart pool upgrades that improve functionality, safety, and enjoyment without unnecessary disruption. Our team focuses on understanding your concerns and turning your backyard into a space you’ll truly love.

Custom Pool Upgrades & Modifications

Pool Feature Additions

The right pool features can completely change how you use and enjoy your backyard. We can add features like a spa for relaxing evenings, wider, shallower steps for kids or seniors, a sun shelf for lounging, or unique water fountains and spillways, all without overcomplicating the space.

Pool Equipment Upgrades

Outdated pool equipment leads to higher energy costs, more frequent cleanings, and worse performance over time. We can install modern pumps, filters, and piping to help you save on energy and make managing your pool feel effortless. Get ready for more enjoyment and fewer equipment headaches!

Pool Shallowing

If your pool is too deep, we can help. We’ll adjust the pool depth to create a safer and more usable space for relaxing, playing, and entertaining. With less water, you’ll also save money on heating bills. It’s a smart way to improve safety and everyday enjoyment without replacing your pool.

Pool Shape Changes

Are you tired of your pool’s outdated design? We can subtly adjust your pool’s shape without excavation to improve flow, add usable space, or accommodate new features. Let our design experts make your pool feel more intentional and aligned with the backyard you want.

Pool Sanitation Conversions

Want to enjoy silky-smooth water without the irritation of concentrated chlorine? Saltwater chlorination is the answer. A saltwater conversion for inground pools lets you enjoy the same clean, sanitized water without the hassle of weekly chlorine dumps. The goal is simpler care, more comfortable water, and a system that works better for how you use your pool.

HOA-Compliant Pool Remodeling

If you live in an HOA community, swimming pool remodeling may require HOA approval. We regularly work within HOA guidelines and understand the documentation, design details, and timelines these associations expect.

Whether you’re adding a spa, adjusting pool depth, or upgrading visible features, we help ensure your pool remodeling project meets HOA requirements. Our team communicates clearly and provides the necessary specifications to help you move through the approval process smoothly.

Our Pool Remodeling Process: From Concept to Completion

A successful swimming pool remodeling project starts with a clear plan. That’s why Precision Pool Restoration follows a step-by-step process designed to eliminate surprises and help you feel confident from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

1

Free In-Home Consultation

A Precision specialist visits your home, inspects your pool surface, tile, coping, deck, and equipment, and listens to what you want to change. We aren’t there to sell you anything, but to hear your thoughts and concerns. In return, we’ll offer clear recommendations, transparent pricing, and financing options before you sign anything.

2

Design & Scope Confirmation

Your dedicated project manager confirms every choice in writing. This keeps your project organized and helps prevent unexpected changes.

3

Drainage & Surface Preparation

On installation day, the pool is drained, inspected, and prepared. Depending on your remodel, this may include addressing hollow spots, an acid wash, repairing cracks, or completing deck preparation. This stage is essential for a lasting result.

4

Tile, Coping, Decking, Features & Finish Work

We install new tile, coping, decking, and your selected pool upgrades. If your remodel includes resurfacing, we’ll apply the new finish by hand to ensure smooth, complete coverage. Immediately after applying the plaster, we’ll begin filling the pool to ensure a consistent cure.

5

Start-Up, Cure Time & Final Follow-Up

Precision Pool Restoration handles the intensive start-up phase, including early water care. New plaster finishes curing in 28 days. At that point, normal use, salt systems, and pool cleaners can typically resume. Your project manager will complete a final walkthrough and 25-point quality check to review all work and will follow up to confirm the finished project meets your expectations.
