Messaging Services and A2P 10DLC Compliance
- Purpose of Messaging: Our messaging service is primarily used for sending reminders and appointment scheduling to end clients. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or other forms of electronic communication from us.
- Opt-Out Procedures: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode provided. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send a confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS communications from us. To rejoin, you must opt in again as you did initially.
- Help and Support: If you need assistance with our messaging services, reply with the keyword “HELP” for additional support or contact us directly at 888-398-4404.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us, and for messages you send to us. Expect a message frequency of 5-10 messages per month. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
